Ok...I am awake....now you buy a used appliance that most likely will
have user damage...scratch and/or dent. Then you have it shipped
and the shipper does transit damage. (Happens every day if you
receive freight on a regular basis. We deal in new furniture and
accessories.)
How do you plan on filing a claim on goods that were sold as is. Who
caused the damage and who is liable. Can you prove the "as-is" damage
was less than the transit damage..., etc. You might want to think
this through a little further.
Keep the economy in your local neighborhood....speaks well of your
entire community.
