lol so that is what did it to me last night.
I had a chocolate bar made with maltitol.
I will just sleep in the living room next time I have it.
when it comes to artificial sweeteners I must admit
I am a little worried about over doing it.
What I think I will do is not stick to anyone
but perhaps switch up with them.
