I'll agree that Lufthansa does very well by its passengers
on those flights, but the ground personnel can be very crusty
and unaccomodating. Our first experience with Frankfurt
ground crews 10 yrs. ago included one lady we still refer to
as "Helga, the Baggage Security Nazi".
