I remember flying out of Savannah, GA. It was early in the morning, around
6 AM. I was barely awake and frankly just grateful for the brew which
passed for coffee. Also if you sit right behind "business class" you get
more leg room. But then I was tantalized by the scent of bacon, eggs, home
fries and the sounds of silverware clinking on PLATES. I was given a
styrofoam tray with a box of dry cereal, a banana and a teensy carton of
milk. I was glad I had packed PB crackers and trail mix for the layover in
Atlanta. I never fly without snacks.
