obfood: I was going to make a dish called slavinken in addition to the
bitterballen for the holidays. I still need to give it a go. It's a roll of
ground pork and spices, wrapped in bacon, baked, then sliced. It sounds
like the kind of thing you can only eat once a year without dying.
