Go to Fleet Farm and buy a gallon jug of Steramine™ dairy cleaner. It
is the cheapest quaternary ammonia cleaner I've found, and a splash of
it in a bucket of hot water will take the stink out of a raggmopp while
you mop (and disinfect) the floor with it. It smells oddly "fresh".

Don't get it in your eyes.
