Sissies! Keepin it low for low n slow is a piece o cake when temps are down
like that. Shitfire it'll be near impossible to overheat the damn thing!
Now you want a challenge, try and keep it below 250 on a 100F day with the
cooker in the sun. My cookers starts out at 140F inside on those days. I
could cold smoke just with the residue off the walls!
