The "chowdah" part was just me. That's the way I pronounce it no matter
where it's from or what's in it.

I do know the difference. Your warning is right on.
I have been known to open the can (non-condensed version, do they make a
condensed version of the Chunky?) and eat it with a spoon right out of the
can when really tired and hungry. Heated is much better if I have the
energy.
