I've had both of those programs installed for some time. A couple of
months ago I downloaded for free a program called SpyBlaster, at
www.spyblaster.com . This program gets rid of the spyware before it
reaches the computer. I've checked it against AdAware and SpyBot and
hardly any spyware gets through.
