Here's another with variations. Chop greens (mustard, collards, kale,
what you like and what's on sale). Saute cgarlic and chopped onion.
Add greens and saute. Add a little water or stock, and s & p, lower
heat to medium. Steam until tender (~6-10 minutes), stirring
occaionally. Finsh with a squeeze of lemon juice.
