There are few instances where things are black and white. I allow that she
didn't do the ideal thing. Ideally, she would have gone into the store and
would have drunk the coffee there. There are many things that could have
mitigated the situation. Never the less, McDonalds admitted to serving a
product that was not fit to consume and despite hundreds of reports of
burns, they enforced a standard that served an unfit product.
