Make a beer batter and deep fry it; and
"Caddy Gantry" -- marinate for a while in white wine, drain, coat
in bread crumbs, put in baking dish and cover with a mixture of sour
cream and mayonnaise (2:1 ratio), with some chopped onion stirred in.
Bake at 400=B0F for 10 minutes per inch of thickness if it starts at
room temp, otherwise a little longer. Serve with lemon wedges.
