I don't know if anyone would be 'flaming' you for a simple question...

Now ...I live in Sydney, Australia...I have always had a double Electric
Oven(and Plates)...The oven is now in excess of 32 yrs old and no longer
fully working...I have looked into the same question that you have posed
!...From all the info I can collect..(at least for here)..The most popular
combination is 'Electric' Oven's and Gas Hotplates (if you call them
Hotplates <g>..)...They appear to be the most popular...I have also 'used' 2
Gas Rings for some years now and a fully Electric Oven and Plates together
!...(I am a Widower , So I cook for myself and family)...I definitely want a
new Range with Gas tops and Electric Oven/ ovens....
