One of the menu items at Safari, the East African restaurant that we
went with Steve to on Saturday was Fettucine Alfredo. I asked the owner
WHY and got a bit of an education about Italian colonies and East
Africa's proximity to Italy. Nice Man probably mumbled again about the
ignorant and geography-challenged Meen-a-soh-tans. He was very gracious
(and so were Steve and Rob explaining it to me, too.)
