I lived in the Dominican Republic and one of the things they all seem to
cook is a chicken recipe cooked down in a skillet. I just loved it, but I
have yet to find a recipe. I even bought a Caribbean cookbook, but it was
not the same. All I know for sure is they had cilantro in it. Man my mouth
is watering! Anybody know what I am talking about? Or, how it is prepared
and seasoned? Just grasping at straws.......
