I haven't heard about rock lobster tails in 20 years, since
we lived on the east coast. They were imported frozen from
South Africa, often on sale for $.99/lb. and were a cheap, tasty
substitute for shrimp in many recipes. I always assumed they
were some species of salt water crayfish.
