I haven't a clue. Perhaps the cocoa butter? Perhaps the way they use
the vanilla? Perhaps they don't use as much milk powder? Whatever it
is, it certainly tastes more like chocolate than any other white
chocolate I've ever had.

(I still don't care much for white chocolate, but if I have my choice,
Droste will be the one I'll choose.)
