I checked out the link, but that was not it at all. The recipe I am looking
for is very simple.
It is pretty much just a chicken cut up and cooked down in a skillet. It is
the way it was seasoned that I am looking for. It is the recipe the poor
people make almost every day all over the Dominican Republic. At least when
they have chicken anyway. I will keep looking.

Thanks
