A little ischemia, a little arrhythmia, no blood to brain while asleep,
poof. Happened to my very old aunt, happened to a young patient of mine
(well, 40's) while napping in the tub. It is my personal vote for number
2 way to die. My number one is to be such a threat I'm killed in a car
bomb at age 89.
