They are not very good :-)
I have had some successes. I tried Emerl's French Canadian Pea Soup, and it was
much better than previous attempts at pea soup. I recently tried a hot and sour
soup that wasn't too bad. I did a decent Scotch Broth a few months ago but it
was missing something. the next time my wife heated it up she added some curry
powder, which made it quite tasty.

Perhaps the problem is my lack of inspiration to make soup. I am not big fan of
soups, and usually only have it at restaurants where I know they make good
soups. There are only two of us here now, and never having been in the habit of
eating soup we end up having it over and over.
