Dan,
This recipe makes a casserole that "settles" and the next day you can
cut it into squares like lasagna. It transports well, nukes beautifully
and tastes better the second day.

PS: You may substitute and cream soup you wish - celery is great - and
use any vegetable you like, canned or frozen. I cannot abide canned
peas, but whole kernel corn is good and brocolli cuts would probably
work too. Maybe not beets.
