Well, I love cabbage and I love cream cheese so maybe I'll give it a try.
But I'd drain *some* of the water off; it takes a lot of water to boil a big
ol' head of cabbage! (I usually steam mine unless I'm doing corned beef and
cabbage or your fried cabbage.)
