the book is called Ainsley Harriot's Gourmet Express 1 there is a number 2
as well or you can buy the books in one edition which I got on sale a few
weeks ago. As you say he is a little OTT but I love the book. We have
cooked a few recipes from it which have come out great, and more importantly
the kids ate it all to ) Being they are 14, 12 and 2 that is saying
something !
