Hi Damsel, I know you didn't originate this recipe, but using marinated
Artichoke Hearts in this recipe sounds horrible!
Here, try this recipe, it's my Aun'ts, Evelyn Lewin (Last name of her's
is through marriage, she's Italian) She originated the recipe I
understand, and her name's in the official cookbook on this one.
Artichoke Dip:
1 Can Artichoke Hearts (Chopped)
1/2 Cup Sour Cream
1/2 Cup Mayonaisse
8 oz Cream Cheese
1/2 Cup Grated Parmesan Cheese (Or Romano)
1/3 Tsp Garlic Powder
Mix Ingredients Together and Bake at 350 for 20-30 Minutes
