I agree. I used Lalvin 71B 1122 and was very pleased with the results. It
is designed for fruity style wines meant to be drunk young and that was what
I was aimin' for and what I got. It was best when drunk from 2 months to 8
months old. Do not plan to age it long. IMHO ;o)
