ohh..and there was some gelatinous meat containing product that my Hungarian
relatives (including dad) all love..the would let it jell up from the
natural gelatin that came out of the meat bones.. seem to think it may have
been pork but..I'm blocking it...they'd it cold..Dad always seemed to go to
the west side market when my aunt was making the gelatin things (for all her
siblings) and buy some head cheese to eat in a sandwich along with it..
