Not likely. I know this is a US fantasy, but it hasn't happened yet.
I guess it's too cold here for your taste, and as far as Québec goes,
you'd be hard pressed to power anything in New England without the
collaboration of the Québec government. You may not like it, but
you'll have to lump it :-)
