No can do, Jill. We bought them pre-assembled, and they're in the freezer
(the butter is very, very cold). I'm going to have to call the butcher
shop and find out how to cook the things.
Thanks for the advice. Maybe I'll someday become brave enough to try
making them from scratch, all by myself.
