For what it is worth, the first weekend would work really well for me.
I am already in the area in Idyllwild, and I will be working in West
Covina til late May. Then back up here for a few weeks, at least til
after the SoCal cook-in.

I got a ton of lemons, and Limoncello is in the works. This
particular recipe will make four 750ml bottles.
Also trying another recipe, just cause I want to see which one is
better. You guys better be ready to drink up!!!

What foods go well with Limoncello, by the way? Never too early to
start planning!
