A beef stew made with Guinness as part of the liquid (part beef broth, part
Guinness). Similar to Boeuf Bourguignon, but made with Guinness rather than
Burgundy wine (at least, that's how I make it). I make bread bowls (from
frozen bread dough) and serve the stew in those. A very yummy, homey meal!
