> What are people's favorite dishes or meals to cook outdoors

Too many dishes to list...favorite grilled items include steaks, chicken
kabobs (chicken marinated in lime juice, oil, lots of garlic, s/p, and red
pepper flakes), salmon (marinated in lemon juice, oil, soy sauce, garlic,
ginger, and green onion), marinated veggies, burgers, pork tenderloin (very
favorite way is to stuff it with a mixture of chopped proscuitto and
provolone--from Ed Pawlowski, I think)...

Favorite barbequed items (note that BBQ means *smoked*, not grilled) include
ribs (dry--never liked 'em dry until my husband perfected his 'qued ribs),
pork shoulder, split chicken breasts (marinated for a few days in cider
vinegar, oil, poultry seasoning, and s/p--just had that for dinner last
night, in fact), and turkey. Still have never tried smoking salmon or
jalapenos yet...

Um...the end results?
