You might try going to an Oriental market and asking for "sweet rice".
When I buy it, it is usually fat little oval grains with an odd
opaqueness (that's probably the dextrose coating.) The last batch I
bought came in a plastic zip-lock bag where the proprietor had divided a
big sack, and it looked more like long-grain rice with a white coating,
but it cooked the same as the usual very short grain.
(It's not enough dextrose added to really make it taste sweet)
