2 cups flour
3 tsp. baking powder
1 tsp. salt
1/4 c melted butter
2 eggs well beaten
1 cup milk

I sifted the dry ingredients. Added the wet and mixed until flour
was incorporated. Then stirred in chopped peppers and bacon.
