I worked for the NY Times legal department for a couple of years,
before the rise of the internet...I wouldn't want those lawyers bugging
me. OK I could argue fair use but I'd rather just post the link and let
you know what it's about. I did use the RSS link that allows you to
read it without being "signed in" - did you try the link? Do you know
about those RSS links? I have a "New York Times Autolink Generator"
that makes this happen.

Hope the summary was enough information for you. Really the topic could
