I think I might've read it once before because it featured a recipe for
a salt-encrusted pastry roast... I'll have to find that issue.

A classic Caesar dressing is in there, too; page 67.
I'm gonna attempt the Texas Chili with Poblanos and Beer and Cornbread
with Scallions and Bacon tomorrow! (Pages 36 & 37 for the recipes.)
