Chopped up leftovers fried.
I make hash with leftover roast beef, corned beef or ham. Fry up
some diced potatoes, onions, a little garlic and toss in whatever else
you have. I make a nice corn relish that I add toward the end.
Do not eat whatever is in the can. It's scary.
