You know, I like Alton Brown, but if there is a way to make something
complex he will be the first to find it. Next in line are the folks from
America's Test Kitchen (AKA, Cook's Illustrated.) It would be refreshing if
AB could, just once, make something that didn't require a trip to the
hardware store for some ViceGrips, an insulated picnic cooler, and a
BernzOmatic torch.
