Picci, from Cavriago, Reggio Emilia.
His "acetaia" is one of the oldest and most renowned. He also owns a
good restaurant, where one of the 4 menus is totally based on dishes
cooked or dressed with his vinegar.
The prices for his "aragosta" are between 35 and 45 euros, here.
Don't know if it is available where you live.
