My experience is that guests are always impressed when I do a chicken dish
where I pound out the chicken breasts very thin, place cheese (provolone?),
and ham, artichoke hearts, roasted peppers, whatever, roll it up, pan fry,
and then bake in oven. A light cheese sauce on top is nice, with fresh
chopped basil as a garnish.
