Too late! The genetic cloneboys have taken the avocado the same way
as tomatoes, onions, etc, and have made even the buttery and rich
completely tasteless. I've noticed this from the Chilean Hass
avocados. Great texture, no flavor, just like US tomatoes. So sad.
