Yes, that's the one that makes a strong point about poking or pinching
the dough after the machine kneads it, so you can learn from experience
how to add just a bit of flour or just a bit of water to get the
results you want. In other words, act like the breadmaker even though
you have a machine to help. That was the best thing I ever saw in any
bread machine cookbook.
