I don't know if you offer recipes here but would anyone have a quick
version of an Irish Whiskey Cake? Last I made one I used Splenda and
it turned out very well and was lovely accompanied with Creme Fraiche
or you could use Marscapone and even when desparate one can use whipped
cream...unsweetened.
