A plum tart is lovely. A local restaurant that I love serves theirs warm
with cinnamon ice cream. Mmmm...I have made one before, and it was good,
but not as good as the restaurants. Epicurious has a boatload of plum
recipes -- lots of crisps, tarts, tortes, crumbles, and some savory recipes.
If I had that many plums, I'd spend some time looking through the plum
recipes on epicurious, and try one that has sounds tempting and has gotten
great reviews.
