Ed Kim, if you have a copy of "Emeril's New New Orleans Cooking",
there's a baby back ribs recipe(baked); which uses plums. Made it a
few years ago, and they were quite tasty and easy to prepare. Great
ribs for the plum lover. Worth a look see.
