It is wheat. Wonder bread is wheat bread. Regular white saltines are wheat
saltines. They are made from wheat after all - part of it anyway. It is
sneaky, though. It seems like a deceptive ploy to use the word "wheat" and
its associatiopn to whole wheat, plus the darker color, to fool people into
thinking it is healthier.
