Same as any other chicken cooking method:

1) Poke a fork into the joint between the body and the thigh. If the juice
is even slightly pink, it's not done. When it's clear it's (theoretically)
done. I usually cook more, but I'm funny that way.

2) Take the chicken out of the microwave and stick a meat thermometer in the
same part of the body.
