Hey Bob, I probably have a lot to say on the matter but I don't. I find
comfort in cooking. When I have a real bad day, I cook and cook. On
days like this, my freezer and fridge as well as anyone close by are
well stocked with food. Somehow it eases the pain and soothes the soul

I can't explain it but it does help.
