Ground beef with canned chinese mixed vegetables, thickened with a
little flour or cornstarch. The only seasonings are soy sauce and a
little molasses or perhaps dark brown sugar. Serve over slightly stale
"chow mein noodles" or white rice.

It's one of the few things my Mom cooked about once a month that I never
much cared for.
