Good point. This might save you from a casual mugger (if he doesn't
carry his own -- of course, most muggers who work barehanded don't work
alone...). It won't save you
from anything more threatening (you think someone can't read whether you
have a gun on you and can/will use it? Come on. I know people who have
regularly disarmed (bare-handed) folks who drew knives on them. It was
part of their job. You don't do shit like that if you think the *******'s
serious).
