If "AP" means "anti-personnel", then that category includes hollow-point
ammo, which is owned by pretty much any private citizen who keeps a handgun
for defense. Therefore, it is not irrelevant. As far as "custom", you do not
know what that means. If I'm wrong, explain yourself.
